How does this school work?
LABORS OF THE MONTH
We follow a structured teaching called the Labors of the Month. A parallel is drawn between farming and cultivating the human being. As a farmer must attend to different aspects of their land each month, so members attend to different aspects of their psychology. This offers a unified structure for all students, while enabling enough flexibility for each to focus on their specific challenges and needs.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS, GROUPS & FORUMS
Every week, members are given a task meant to highlight specific aspects in themselves. They share their observations and questions either with the entire community or privately with other members. Communities are divided into languages and stay in daily touch via a teamwork app.
INTERNATIONAL GATHERINGS
We periodically gather physically, usually in destinations of relevance to our teaching. Members gain a first-hand experience with remnants of past schools. They also get to know each other better. In the longer gatherings, we perform theatrical plays.
